This training is for members wanting to learn more about hazmat or just to refresh your knowledge of hazmat in trucking. Lt. Rex Railsback and Trooper Jason Mills, from the Kansas Highway Patrol, will be teaching this class. Topics will include, but not limited too: Shipping papers, what is a hazardous material, how to look up a product, driver qualifications, and more. They will also be taking questions and discussing trends in hazmat. Event is open to hazmat carriers, as well as, non hazmat carriers.
